Job Summary:
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role ensures the smooth execution of HR policies and processes while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices within a fast -paced, customer -oriented industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date employee records and HR databases.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and team -building activities.
• Address employee concerns and escalate issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
Performance Management
• Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles, tracking performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Provide support in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits, including employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and leave management.
• Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
Administrative Support
• Assist in drafting HR -related correspondence such as employment letters and policy updates.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
