About the Role
• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join their team in Ore, Ondo State. This role combines both human resources and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations within a fast-paced palm oil processing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records and staff database
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave administration
• Oversee general administrative functions and office coordination
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare standards are maintained
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years relevant experience (manufacturing or agro-processing preferred)
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work on-site in Ore, Ondo State
• HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
