This is a full-time remote position for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, create engaging content tailored to audience preferences, and monitor the performance of campaigns. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize reach and engagement, collaborating with internal teams to align branding and messaging, and staying updated on trends and tools in social media and digital marketing.

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Effective Communication skills, including writing and interpersonal communication
• Ability to analyze data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and adapt strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics programs
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop campaigns that drive engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
