The Project Management Course Facilitator is responsible for guiding, supporting, and engaging learners to ensure an effective and practical learning experience. This role focuses on facilitating knowledge transfer, promoting collaboration, and ensuring participants understand and apply project management principles, tools, and standards in line with course objectives and outcomes.

Job Description

1. Deliver and facilitate engaging project management training sessions that promote practical understanding and application of key concepts.

2. Guide and support learners throughout the course to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill development.

3. Develop and update course materials to reflect current project management standards, tools, and methodologies.

4. Foster interactive learning through discussions, case studies, simulations, group activities, and real-life project scenarios.

5. Assess learner progress through evaluations, feedback, and continuous improvement support.

6. Promote the academy’s values by providing and maintaining a first-class learning experience and standard.

Role requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is an added advantage.

3. 2–5 years of experience in project management, facilitation, or related instructional roles.

4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proven ability to engage and inspire adult learners in both physical and virtual learning environments.

8. Ability to pay attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality learning experiences.

Additional Information

Work Type : Onsite

Daily Remuneration : ₦25,000
