Job Summary
• We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Bank Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients while efficiently handling basic financial transactions.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and accuracy in handling cash and client requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other basic financial transactions
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information on products/services
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Manage front desk activities including calls, emails, and visitor logs
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
• Age: 26 years and below
• 0–2 years pf experience in a similar role (Banking experience is an added advantage)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in any relevant discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
