We are launching a new beauty brand (skincare focus) with a primary focus on international markets (US & Europe), alongside local expansion.
We are looking for a Growth & Sales Content Manager whose main responsibility is:
Driving ONLINE SALES through content
This role is heavily focused on:
• TikTok sales
• Instagram conversion
• E-commerce performance
You will be responsible for creating and managing content that directly leads to product purchases, not just engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Online Sales & Conversion (PRIMARY FOCUS)
• Drive product sales through TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
• Create content strategies focused on conversion, not just views
• Identify what content leads to purchases and scale winning formats
• Support product launches (starting with an LED eye mask)
• Optimise content and messaging for clicks, add-to-cart, and sales
Content Creation & Strategy
• Manage TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Develop high-converting content ideas, hooks, and scripts
• Create or brief content using Canva / Adobe tools
• Analyse performance and continuously improve results
UGC & Influencer Sales Engine
• Source and manage UGC creators
• Write outreach messages that drive collaboration
• Guide creators to produce sales-focused content
• Build a consistent pipeline of converting content
Secondary: Sales Support (Offline)
• Identify and reach out to wholesalers/retailers
• Support bulk/wholesale opportunities when needed
Requirements:
• Proven understanding of TikTok and Instagram content that converts to sales
• Experience with UGC creators or influencer marketing
• Ability to create or direct high-performing sales content
• Strong understanding of e-commerce or product marketing
• Commercial mindset — you understand how content drives revenue
• Strong communication and execution skills
