Job Summary
• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource/Admin Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or NYSC member with foundational HR knowledge and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes job postings, screening, scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with performance tracking and HR reporting
• Handle basic employee relations and HR communications
Administrative Duties:
• Manage schedules, meetings, and internal coordination
• Prepare reports, letters, and HR documents
• Support general office administration and operations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Assist with coordination of company activities and projects
Requirements
• 0–1 year experience as an HR Intern, HR Assistant, or related role
• NYSC members and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Advantage
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment
• Exposure to recruitment and client-facing HR support
Additional Requirements
• Must be based in Lagos mandatory
• Must have access to a stable internet connection and be available during working hours
