Job Description
The Head of HR & Admin will be responsible for championing the development of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring complete alignment with the company’s overall strategy and business objectives. This senior management role is crucial for driving organizational success through effective people management and administrative oversight.

Key responsibilities include strategic HR management, such as articulating and developing robust HR policies, leading workforce planning and forecasting, and periodically updating the organizational structure. You will also drive performance and talent development by designing and implementing a credible performance management system and a robust L&D framework. Employee relations, conflict resolution, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration are also key. Furthermore, you will manage administration and facilities, including asset management and coordinating outsourced services like transport, canteen, and clinic facilities.
