Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Proposal Manager located in Nigeria. The role involves developing and managing proposals and bids to support sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, preparing compliant and competitive proposals, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Sales Support Proposal Manager will also contribute to pricing strategies and oversee the proposal submission process to establish Siemens Energy as a trusted partner.
Qualifications
• Experience in proposal management, bid preparation, and sales support processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess tender documents and craft compelling proposals
• Project management and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination across teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of energy technologies and industry-specific solutions is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant proposal tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a higher degree is an added advantage
