Ramos Real Estate is hiring a
• *high-performing property sales professional**

who can consistently close deals and take ownership of sales performance.

This role is for someone who already knows how to
• *find, negotiate, and close property deals in Lagos,**

and is ready to also support and drive a small team’s results.
• *Your Role**
• Close
• *property rentals, sales, and mandates consistently.**
• **Convert inbound leads and field opportunities into signed deals**
• **Manage relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and agents**
• **Take ownership of your personal revenue target**
• **Support and guide a small team of agents to improve performance**
• **Track deals, follow-ups, and pipeline using simple tools (WhatsApp, Sheets, CRM)**
• *What We Need From You**
• Proven experience
• *closing property deals in Lagos**
• **Strong negotiation and face-to-face closing ability**
• **Good understanding of pricing, locations, and buyer behaviour**
• **Some experience supporting or guiding other agents (preferred)**
• **Existing network of landlords, buyers, or agents is a strong advantage**
• **Self-driven, accountable, and focused on results**
• *Compensation**
• Base salary
• **Uncapped commission on every deal you close**

• **Vehicle support for inspections and meetings**
