Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities
• Market the company’s furniture and interior design services to individuals and organisations
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals with customers
Marketing & Promotion:
• Promote company products on social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional offers
• Work with management to develop creative strategies to increase visibility and sales
• Participate in exhibitions, open house events, and marketing activations
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales
Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends in furniture, interior décor, and interior design
• Identify competitor strategies and opportunities for growth
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience
• Degree in a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to persuade and close sales Good knowledge of social media marketing Customer relationship management skills Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office WhatsApp Business Instagram)
