Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Human Resource Officer to manage and support the organization’s HR operations.
• The successful candidate will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation..

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
• Support performance management processes and staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll administration and HR reporting.
• Provide guidance to management on HR policies and best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
