Responsibilities:
• Driving key HR functions, including employee relations, HR policy implementation, recruitment, and fostering a productive workplace culture aligned with organisational goals.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Management
• Strong knowledge of HR operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to support management in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Candidates must be available for a physical interview in Lagos.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a closer proximity.
