• *Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager, based in Ikeja.
The Senior Finance
Manager will oversee financial planning, management reporting, and budgeting.
Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, executing risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing financial strategies, and mentoring the finance team. The role also requires collaboration with executive leadership to provide insights that facilitate strategic decision-making and support the company’s financial health and growth.

• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Expertise in financial reporting, planning, and strategy development
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate finance
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage)
• Experience in the financial services sector, preferably in banking or microfinance
