Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive HNI Banking located in Abuja.
• The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities to meet deposit targets, generating leads and mobilizing deposits for the bank, managing high-value accounts, and fostering strong client relationships.
• The candidate will also focus on delivering tailored banking solutions for high-net-worth individuals and promoting the bank's financial products.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Deposit Mobilization
• Strong skills in Sales, Relationship and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals
• A background in banking or financial services is a plus
• Proven ability to meet sales and business growth targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
