We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing channels across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads and direct sales, using both paid campaigns and strategic organic efforts.
This is a full time role
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
Generate leads and drive direct sales, using both paid and organic strategies
Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, cost per sale, and ROI
Test different creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve results
Generate leads for:
Recruitment services
Corporate training
Drive direct sales for online courses
Provide weekly performance reports and insights
Continuously refine campaigns based on results and feedback
Requirements:
Proven experience running Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Experience with LinkedIn ads and organic LinkedIn strategies
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
Ability to generate leads both via paid and unpaid methods
Data-driven, results-focused, and self-accountable
This is a performance-focused role — your work should contribute to revenue
Must track and report performance weekly

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
