Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and growth-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Associate to help scale our client's visibility, community engagement, and marketplace traction. This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and commerce. You’ll lead content direction, execute video marketing, build influencer relationships within cosplay and festival communities, and support strategic growth initiatives that expand our audience and seller base.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Video Marketing
Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Develop marketing content that highlights makers, shops, and community stories
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with fantasy, creativity, and community
2. Content Strategy & Brand Growth
Develop and execute a content strategy that drives marketplace traffic and user growth
Identify trends within cosplay, festival, and fantasy fashion spaces
Build themed campaigns around events, conventions, launches, and community moments
Track performance metrics and optimize based on data
3. Influencer & Community Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with cosplay creators, festival influencers, and niche fashion voices
Lead outreach and manage partnership collaborations
Coordinate influencer campaigns tied to product drops, events, and marketplace launches
Measure ROI and engagement impact of collaborations
4. Growth & Marketplace Expansion
Support initiatives to increase buyer and seller acquisition
Test new audience growth channels and content formats
Contribute ideas for community engagement and activation
Assist with marketing efforts tied to events and pop-ups (if applicable)
Requirements

2+ years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth roles
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Experience developing and executing content strategies
Experience managing influencer outreach or partnerships
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Figma experience is a plus
Interest in cosplay, fantasy, alternative fashion, or festival culture is highly preferred
