Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to support the marketing and sales of microfinance loan products. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to start a career in sales and financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, assisting with loan applications, and supporting client relationships under guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the marketing and promotion of microfinance loan products
• Identify potential customers through field marketing, referrals, and outreach
• Assist clients with loan application forms and basic documentation
• Educate customers on loan products, repayment plans, and requirements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Follow up with customers regarding loan processes and repayments
• Keep basic records of client interactions and applications
• Meet assigned sales targets with guidance and support
Requirements & Qualifications
• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
