Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Volunteer Agile Project Manager. The selected candidate will coordinate and lead agile project teams, facilitate sprint planning meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs. They will also handle communication among team members, track project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies for improvement in line with agile methodologies.
Qualifications
• Experience with Project Management and a solid understanding of agile methodologies
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Inspection to oversee workflows efficiently
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizing abilities to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing remote teams
• Familiarity with digital tools for virtual teamwork and project management
• Previous experience in working on community-engagement or development projects is a plus
